With dual degrees in Hospitality and Marketing, Cindy brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her understanding of hospitality helps her serve clients with a client-focused lens, with attention to detail, excellent communication, and efficiency.
Cindy lives in South Beach and enjoys serving clients in the Coastal Miami area, including Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and beyond. She specializes in helping investors seeking short-term rentals–whether projects under development or existing properties on the market.
Cindy is bilingual, using her Spanish-speaking fluency to serve buyers, sellers, and her team as asesora inmobiliaria internacional. During her first year, she closed 31 transactions, totaling over $13.5M.
Cindy, who is socially known as Summer, enjoys being an active member of The Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, the Young Professionals Network (YPN), and Vous Church. Her hobbies include rollerskating on Miami Beach Boardwalk, salsa dancing, rooting for the Florida State Seminoles, or engrossing herself in a good book.
