His passion for real estate was inspired by watching his mother’s long standing success as a top producing agent, as well as her ability to guide clients through important, life changing moments with confidence and integrity. While pursuing a collegiate baseball career across the country, Jay majored in Business Management with minors in Communications and Political Science.
During this time, he also gained hands on experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative for his father’s company, developing core skills in business development, client relationship building, and strategic communication. These experiences sharpened his ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and perform under pressure.
Traveling nationwide as a competitive athlete exposed Jay to people from diverse backgrounds and social environments, strengthening his ability to connect authentically with a wide range of clients. This relationship driven approach has become one of his greatest advantages in real estate, allowing him to represent buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity, professionalism, and trust.
